This winphoto of Grace Hall is a really special photograph.<br /> First it this was the largest group of people ever in a winner's circle group at Delaware Park. I was sooo happy the track was not muddy. <br /> Second the trophy was presented by the then Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, who tragically passed a few years later. Beau was a very special part of the Delaware community and a close friend to many who attended Oaks Day.
